The historic Westin St. Francis Hotel on Union Square is the venue for this year's conference. This landmark property is a true San Francisco treasure, having played host to luminaries for more than a hundred years. The hotel is only 12 miles from San Francisco International Airport and within walking distance of world-class restaurants, theaters and shopping, with a cable car stop outside the front door! When the sessions adjourn, hop on and head to Fisherman's Wharf, China Town, the Financial District or Nob Hill.

The conference will take place at the Westin St. Francis Hotel, where a special conference rate of $269 per night (plus 14.08% tax) may still be available for Net Promoter Conference delegates.
